Lathon C. Ferguson is a purposeful leader, with a passion for non-profit leadership. In his current role as Area Executive Director for ALSAC/St. Jude, Lathon is responsible for leading, developing, and driving the comprehensive vision, volunteers, fundraising, and growth strategies to secure funding ($28M+ annually) within Missouri. Because of his professional positions and volunteer engagements, Mr. Ferguson’s career has focused on helping organizations improve in the areas of diversity and inclusion, business development, and community engagement. He holds a Master of Arts degree in Management and Leadership from the George Herbert Walker School of Business at Webster University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
